At Quintero Golf Club, the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community is our highest priority, and we continue to monitor the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our region. As such, we want to be proactive in providing some information and addressing the concern for the spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The staff at Quintero Golf Club is closely monitoring the situation, including the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and other Federal and State authorities.
The Coronavirus is a new virus that causes respiratory illness and can be spread from person to person. While much is not yet known, the virus should be taken seriously. Symptoms can occur in as few as 2 days or as long as 14 days after exposure and may include fever, cough or shortness of breath.
There are several precautionary measures to minimize the risk of infection and to avoid the spread of the disease;
In addition to the measures above, Quintero Golf Club is increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout our facilities. A significant emphasis will be paid to high traffic areas, particularly points of regular contact, including golf carts, handles, doorknobs, etc. Club staff have been instructed to stay home from work should they become ill with any flu, cold, fever, dry cough, body aches or similar symptoms.
